Basketball 3 on 3 Academy
Get ready to play fast and accelerate your development with our 3-day condensed version of our normal 3 on 3 league. The 3 on 3 Academy allows players to develop and apply their offensive & defensive skills in a small-sided format which enhances their growth. Each day will be broken down into three segments: offensive & defensive skill development (60 min), offensive & defensive concepts (45 min), and 3 on 3 half-court game play (45 min).

Age & Time: Grades 3rd-5th: 9:00 - 11:30a; Grades 6th-8th: 12:30 - 3:00p

Lead Coaches: Coach Will Howard & Coach Haku Durant
Coach Will is a native of Illinois and has coached for the past 18 years in Iowa, Illinois, Arizona, and Hawaii. He has spent the past 11 years at University Laboratory School in various roles including Head Intermediate, Head JV, and Assistant Varsity Boys Coach. During his tenure the school has qualified for the State Tournament six times, winning a Championship in 2016, finishing Runner-up in 2023, and finishing 3rd (2024) and 4th (2025) the past two seasons.
Coach Haku is a native of Hawaii and has coached for nearly 10 years at successful programs such as St. Francis High School (Back-to-Back State Championships in 2017 & 2018) & Kamehameha School-Kapalama. Coach Haku’s passion lies in developing leadership in Hawaii’s youth both on the court and in life. We are so lucky to have found a coach who shares our values and is extremely qualified in player development.
